Not the eggheads that are the problem, it's the University's bureaucratic regulations that pose the worst obstructions. Bureaucracy actually attracts dark forces.

So true! Bureaucracies seem to attract the worst sort of incompetence and complacency. I'm sure many of my readers have suffered frustration when trying to accomplish a simple task only to have it get bogged down because someone somewhere didn't feel like doing their job that day or worse.
